Refund Policy
- Your registration will be confirmed once we have received your payment.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 days before the day of the event, otherwise no refund will be done.
- For final cancellation, please make sure you have received a confirmation email from OASA.
- For guests who brought ticket packages, if you wish to transfer your ticket to another SpaceBiz breakfast session, please request the transfer at least 3 days before the event and contact us. Transfers are valid for the sessions from now until December 2023.
- All tickets sold through this special promotion must be used by 31 Dec 2023. They will become invalid after 31 Dec 2023. There will be no refund whatsoever.
- No shows will be charged. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- When Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be rescheduled or cancelled.
