Gregg or (his students call him Dr. G) is an adjunct and visiting professor of business at many leading business schools, including Tsinghua University in Beijing and the University of Hong Kong here in town. He has developed new leadership programs with the Design School at the HK Polytechnics, with the Business School at HKU, and leading people organisations in the region such as MTRC, DBS, CSTDI, Citibank, Aon, and CLP. Over the 35 years, he has developed and taught leadership development programs. He has personally designed high-flyers programs for multinationals, governments, family businesses, and NGOs in North America, Asia Pacific, and Northern Europe. Many of his coachees, students, and trainees are now leading global companies. He is a serial entrepreneur and founded over a dozen enterprises, of which at OASA he is the founding Chairman. Dr. G enjoys sharing and has done joint-teaching with professors at these fine universities when he can, since 1987: at the Vocational Training Council or with Cyberport in Hong Kong, U. of Chicago, Chinese University, HKU, HKUST, Hong Kong HK Polytechnics University, Singularity University, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, UCLA, Warwick, Tsinghua, Fudan, and Washington U. in St. Louis. Gregg was one of the first graduates of Coach U when they first landed in Hong Kong in the '80s.
Mr. Perry Lam: Perry develops leaders for a living and helps executives become the real leaders they can be. He trains TEDx speakers, is an executive coach, business consultant, corporate trainer, conference facilitator, and business leader with extensive experience working with cross-cultural senior executives in multinationals and regional companies throughout the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and North America. Before establishing his practice, Perry was the Regional Director, Sales Development, Asia Pacific Middle East for DHL Worldwide Express. He has led several strategic leadership initiatives as well as management development programs. His passion for people and learning resulted in establishing the DHL Sales Force Academy and Learning Development Center in Shanghai, which included curriculum and training resources.
