We work closely with all universities, mindful employers, and help them establish STEAM programs where youths can learn how to build their own careers in the NewSpace era.

Welcome to our next tutorial, and this time we have a popular inspirational speaker, Aaron Pang.


To solve wicked problems we need to learn to think differently, or at least to learn to appreciate how other people are seeing and thinking. One can't approach a new problem with an old mindset, old stereotypes, and a closed mindset. Transformative companies cannot, and as a Young Marco Polo helping companies prepare for transformative changes, you cannot. Leaders need to ready others for change. Are you such a leader?


Aaron is a prolific YouTuber, writer, Podcaster, and father of some amazing kids. He's also a council member of OASA, here to inspire our young minds. Learn some of his secrets, and be prepared to start a new journey.

Aaron is an undeterred optimist and is passionate about building a better world through positivity. He is the author of two books, and the host of Transformative Purpose podcast. At age 21, he created an ecommerce business and an online marketing platform and achieved over $1m revenue within the first year. He was the General Manager of Lalamove and led the business expansion for its home market. In 2018, he took on a leadership role as Head of Digital Transformation at Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was a senior people and digital advisor at several global management consultancies including Hay Group, Deloitte and EY. Currently, he is a digital advisor at Microsoft helping companies to achieve more through technologies.
