'Event' means the Tomorrow's Technologies Today event held in Hong Kong on 20 October 2023 in respect of which we have the right to sell you the Event Tokens.
'Event Organiser' means Orion Astropreneur Space Academy (Hong Kong).
'Event Partner' means any party involved in the provision of the Event.
'Venue' means any facility or location of any nature where the Event is held.
The Event Organiser has appointed Maven Insights Limited to conduct all activities in relation to catering and access control in the Event. Maven Insights Limited has further appointed Vis Mobility Limited, an affiliated company under the same corporate umbrella as Maven Insights Limited, to provide the payment and access control systems in the Event. Collectively, Maven Insights Limited and Vis Mobility Limited will be referred to as "We" in the terms below.
Your purchase of Event Tokens is subject to and constitutes your agreement of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions of an Event Partner or the Venue, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in relation to Event Tokens.
Event Tokens can only be purchased online using Apple Pay or Google Pay. The maximum value of Event Tokens purchased in each transaction is HKD 500.
Subject to payment card verification and security checks, your Event Tokens are valid as soon as we have processed your payment and will expire immediately after the performance of the Event for which you purchased Event Tokens. Event Tokens will be cancelled if your payment has not passed the verification processes.
You may be required to enter a one-time password (provided by your credit card issuer) for authentication in order to complete the online purchase. You may sign up for this security service if your credit card company requires registering for this service. Please check with your credit card issuer for details if you encounter any issues in receiving the one-time password.
Once purchased, your Event Tokens will be linked to your Event ticket. You may show the QR code on your Event ticket at any designated food and beverage booth within the Venue to redeem your Event Tokens.
Event Tokens are only valid throughout the Event for redeeming food and beverage items only.
Event Tokens are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferrable.
Any screenshot or photocopy of the QR code for redeeming Event Tokens will not be accepted. Any such Event Tokens in question will be forfeited without any compensation.
Any Event Tokens obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Event Tokens shall be void.
We shall be entitled to assign any of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions provided that your rights are not adversely affected.
We may delegate or sub-contract any or all of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any of our service providers, provided that we remain responsible to you for the performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
If it is found by a competent court that any of these Terms and Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute, we shall have the final decision.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
