Clara Lo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive expertise in the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector. As a former Legal Counsel at AsiaSat — one of two Hong Kong-based regional satellite fleet operators, she played a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice and support on regulatory and compliance matters. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Clara specialises in global regulatory compliance, U.S. trade compliance, and privacy and data protection.

Educated in the United States, she holds a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in Pacific International Affairs from UC San Diego.

Prof. Stephen Cheung, HKU Adjunct Professor and Honorary Chief Scientist at OASA


Educated in the United States, Prof. Stephen W. Cheung began his career as a research scientist at a NASA funded Gravity Probe-B satellite programme at Stanford University. He later worked in two major medical device companies in Silicon Valley specialising in radiation therapy systems. He holds several US patents related to X-rays and is the author of two books on microwave technology.

Prof. Cheung has previously worked in Hong Kong for 10 years. He was General Manager of the Electronics Division at the Hong Kong Productivity Council and later served as Executive Vice President of a consumer electronics company.


Prof. Cheung has served as Adjunct Professor for a MSc. programme in Space Science at the Department of Physics at HKU from 2020 to 2023.

Mr. Ivan Lee, Associate at Huaneng-Invesco Private Equity


Ivan Lee is a private equity investor based in Hong Kong with a primary focus on energy transition, from renewable project financing to climate technology investment. He will be the Research Analyst for OASA SpaceBiz Breakfast, dissecting and sharing insights into the sub-sectors of the space economy.

  1. Your registration will be confirmed once we have received your payment.
  2. Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 days before the day of the event. Otherwise, no refund will be done.
  3. For final cancellation, please make sure you have received a confirmation email from OASA.
  4. No-shows will be charged. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
  5. When Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be rescheduled or cancelled.
