Gregg or (his students call him Dr. G) is an adjunct and visiting professor of business at many leading business schools, including Tsinghua University in Beijing and the University of Hong Kong here in town. He has developed new leadership programs with the Design School at the HK Polytechnics, with the Business School at HKU, and leading people organisations in the region such as MTRC, DBS, CSTDI, Citibank, Aon, and CLP. Over the 35 years, he has developed and taught leadership development programs. He has personally designed high-flyers programs for multinationals, governments, family businesses, and NGOs in North America, Asia Pacific, and Northern Europe. Many of his coachees, students, and trainees are now leading global companies. He is a serial entrepreneur and founded over a dozen enterprises, of which at OASA he is the founding Chairman. Dr. G enjoys sharing and has done joint-teaching with professors at these fine universities when he can, since 1987: at the Vocational Training Council or with Cyberport in Hong Kong, U. of Chicago, Chinese University, HKU, HKUST, Hong Kong HK Polytechnics University, Singularity University, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, UCLA, Warwick, Tsinghua, Fudan, and Washington U. in St. Louis. Gregg was one of the first graduates of Coach U when they first landed in Hong Kong in the '80s.

Mr. Perry Lam: Perry develops leaders for a living and helps executives become the real leaders they can be. He trains TEDx speakers, is an executive coach, business consultant, corporate trainer, conference facilitator, and business leader with extensive experience working with cross-cultural senior executives in multinationals and regional companies throughout the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and North America. Before establishing his practice, Perry was the Regional Director, Sales Development, Asia Pacific Middle East for DHL Worldwide Express. He has led several strategic leadership initiatives as well as management development programs. His passion for people and learning resulted in establishing the DHL Sales Force Academy and Learning Development Center in Shanghai, which included curriculum and training resources. Perry is the Vice Chairman at OASA and is championing the learning and development strategy

Prof. Q.A. Parker arrived at HKU in March 2015 from the Australian Astronomical Observatory. He currently directs the Laboratory for Space Research (see www.lsr.hku.hk) and has established a world-leading group in late-stage stellar evolution that includes post-AGB stars, planetary nebulae and massive star ejecta. This task is greatly assisted by the on-going appointment of Prof. Albert Zijlstra as a Hung Hing Ying Distinguished visiting professor to HKU from Manchester University (he is a world leader in planetary nebulae) and also via the appointment of several new postdoctoral research fellows: Dr. F. Lykou, Dr. Andreas Ritter and Dr. Xuan Fang together with three PhD students. Significant contributions to this research field have been made including two HKU press releases and four Nature Astronomy papers between 2018 and 2019. Exciting research opportunities exist for additional research postgraduate students to join the team. This group also has strong synergies to existing departmental expertise in late stage stellar evolution (including supernova remnants) and to the Laboratory for Space Research

Mr. Wong Ming-yam, Founding Director of InnoLink Investments Limited, is passionate about innovation and technology development. He serves as Director or Non-executive Director of a number of technology companies. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice-President of Royal Philips Electronics. He has actively served society through membership of several government boards and committees for more than 35 years. He has been a member of the Assessment Panel of Small Entrepreneur Research Assistance Program of the Innovation and Technology Commission, HKSAR; a Member and Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Productivity Council; Director of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation; Chairman of the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited; Chairman of the CreateSmart Initiative Vetting Committee of Create Hong Kong and an Ex-officio Member of the Steering Committee on Innovation and Technology and the Committee on Innovation, Technology and Re-industrialization of the HKSAR.
