Ming is a co-founder of Inclusive Business Lab & Inclusive Business Foundation, aiming to develop the next generation of inclusive leaders who are ethical, purpose-driven and global minded. Since 2014, the Global Inclusive Leadership Program has impacted more than fifteen thousand young people in Greater China, UK, and Asia.
Ming oversees coordination with global institutions and works with young people from different backgrounds and disciplines to create an inclusive culture for the glocal community. He helps facilitate the Training the Trainers Leadership Roundtables (TTLR) which has been piloted successfully in China and Asia in the past nine years. He helps to develop TTLR curriculum and is the editor of the TTLR booklet which is now in its third edition. It has been translated into many languages including English, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and French. Keeping track of the growth and development of young persons and to ensure the effectiveness of the program, Ming reviews and analyses the results of the TTLR on-line dashboard in which all participants of TTLR enrol and record their reflections and stories of their leadership journey. Ming also acts as interpreter and translator for distinguished overseas visitors and keynote speakers.
Ming holds a master degree from the University of Cambridge, where he is also a PhD candidate in history. Combining his interest in history and languages, he is also researching on the historical development of the English language with the hope of developing supplementary curriculum in values and culture for the Global Inclusive Leadership Program.
Inclusive Business Lab (IBL) is a non-profit organization aiming to create a diversified ecosystem for nurturing future leaders of global citizenship, which is built upon global partnerships and collaboration across different sectors, world-class universities, businesses, and industries. We believe in "Life upon Life". A global community and platform for the next generation to co-create new inclusive opportunities and innovative ideas across different disciplines, while developing their value system, life purpose, discover themselves and be prepared for future challenges, through different leadership-in-action opportunities, OmniOikos, and activities like Training the Trainers Leadership Roundtables, STEM+ challenges, and Inclusive Music. We hope this could post a positive impact on our next generation despite their backgrounds. And make the world a better place. Since its inception in 2014, IBL has impacted more than fifteen thousand young people and has worked with more than fifty partner schools and universities in China & Hong Kong, Thailand, UK, and globally. More than 95% experienced self-discovery, learning that they can be more creative. While 97% feel that they are more ready for new challenges, inspired to make a difference to the world. This is Economy for Everyone. Inequality and the extreme wealth gap are global issues. Creating jobs alone is no longer enough to tackle the problem. Through experiential learning and global challenges, IBL devotes itself to support young people from all backgrounds to reflect and go deeper in their understanding of the value system. We hope to empower them to unleash their potential and grow to be global leaders who are ethical, purpose-driven, and global-minded. We are Inclusive!
